In Stock Purchase with Credit Card: It will take approximately 2 business days after your credit card has been processed to ship your sauna.
In Stock Purchased with Check or ACH: It will take approximately 7 business days after your check has been received to clear funds and ship your sauna.
Out of Stock Purchase: : Your sauna will ship per the quoted timeline from your Sales Representative. You will not be called when your sauna ships and your order will immediately be charged. However, you may call the Logistics Dept. at 913-754-2032 at any time to receive an update on your order.
