 Dr. Keith W.L. Rafal, MD, MPH
Dr. Rafal is the Medical Director of the Rehabilitation
Hospital of Rhode Island/Fibromyalgia Program and at
Healing Choices an interdisciplinary practice specializing
in the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with
a diagnosis of Fibromyalgia and other chronic medical
conditions. He is Board Certified in Physical Medicine
and Rehabilitation and has additional training in homeopathy,
behavioral medicine and western herbal medicine. At Healing
Choices the team focus is on powerful non prescription
options that support the health of the patient. In addition
to an individualized integrated treatment approach we
