Our patented heater design is our special sauce. Solocarbon panels are made up of three separate layers that are sandwiched together and cured at 320°F resulting in a nearly perfect black body. Far infrared waves have a regenerative effect on the body when emitted in the vital range of 7-14 microns.  According to Wein's Law, infrared energy at a lower surface temperature peaks in this vital range. The design of a Solocarbon heater allows for most of the far infrared wavelength to be near 9.4 microns, which is the level at which the human body absorbs infrared energy.

This is also the frequency at which a water molecule resonates or vibrates. This vibration causes a release of cellular toxins.  This optimal micron output also allows for deeper penetration of far infrared heat, which improves pain relief, detoxification, weight loss, and skin purification.  Our Solocarbon heaters maintain a constant, lower temperature that’s optimal for far infrared therapy. For infrared therapy to be successful, sauna heaters must have a high emissivity level to deliver a high concentration of infrared waves.  As your body absorbs high levels of infrared, it begins to heal at the cellular level.
