We LOVE our customers! Check out this amazing email we received from John and Kim, owners of Cloud 9 Medi Spa in Yucaipa, California recently about their new Sunlighten infrared sauna:
“Joey Thomas, Amber Hilt, the whole Sunlighten Staff, and anybody shopping for a sauna,
I just wanted to send you a letter of appreciation and let you know how happy we are at Cloud 9 Medi Spa with our mPulse dISCOVER purchase. We searched online for months to try and find not only the right sauna for our business, but also the best sauna in our price range. After researching and talking to different manufacturers, we kept coming back to Sunlighten. The customer service that all of you provided was one of the best selling points, as well as the beauty and workmanship of your products. It got a little sticky for a bit when the saunas were back-ordered, and we almost backed out, but Joey in medical sales was very persistent in keeping us in the loop, as well as educating us on this brand-new technology that is the focal point of the mPulse line. I was assured that if we just hung on a little longer, we would receive our sauna, and that it would be worth the wait. I can surely tell you, she wasn’t kidding.
My girlfriend Kim and I assembled the sauna ourselves, with no extra help, and outside of cleaning up cardboard and Styrofoam packing, which got our sauna here in perfect condition, it only took us about 90 or so minutes to assemble. When we got it turned on, it was like something out of science fiction! There are very user friendly controls that allow ANYBODY to customize their sauna treatments from a whole list of choices. It is very easy to learn and program, but best of all, our customers LOVE IT!! Not only is it a beautiful piece of equipment that gets a lot of attention, it is very easy to market because it does so much. If you have any kind of a medical practice that could benefit from this, I would strongly suggest to do so. If you are somebody who is shopping for a home unit, look no further, this is it! We could have saved money and bought a bargain unit, but we would be regretting it now.
