Every once in a while, we get a little surprise when someone sends us a press clipping mentioning Sunlighten infrared saunas. This week, our thanks go to Tom Holland, an amazing author and fitness expert, who appeared on the Good Morning Connecticut television show last Saturday.
In this clip, Tom talks about a variety of great products that you can use at home to jump start and/or maintain your health and wellness program. And one of those great products? A Sunlighten infrared sauna, of course.
Tom, an exercise physiologist, is committed to helping people better their lives through fitness. He is the author of Beat the Gym: Personal Trainer Secrets Without the Personal Trainer Price Tag, The Marathon Method, and The 12-Week Triathlete: Train for a Triathlon in Just Three Months. Serious stuff!
Tom has his Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and Sports Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and has also been certified by the American College of Sports Medicine, the American Council on Exercise, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. Tom is a Level 3 coach with USA Cycling and is a member of the Association for Applied Sport Psychology.
He hosted and starred in numerous workout DVDs and writes about health and fitness for many major publications.
