Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy
mPulse, Signature, Amplify, and Solo System Saunas

A return is not an option if any part of any carton has been opened. 

An exchange (for a different size, wood type or model) is available for 30 days after receipt of sauna, if unopened. Contact sales rep to initiate exchange.

Buyer may cancel and return their sauna to Sunlighten subject to the terms and conditions of this policy. Buyer needs to provide written notice to Sunlighten via email within thirty (30) days of receipt of their sauna. Send the email to your sales rep and cc: customercare@sunlighten.com. Please include your sales order # and reason for return or cancellation within the body of the email.

If sauna is lost in transit between home and Sunlighten warehouse, Buyer will incur cost. Additional costs and fees associated with a returned or canceled sauna will apply as listed below.

Shipping, Handling, Restocking, Processing Fees, Costs and Expenses

All such costs and fees as determined by Sunlighten. All canceled or returned saunas shall be subject to: 

  1. 3% administration fees*; 
  2. storage fees and costs associated with re-routing the sauna; 
  3. handling and restocking fee in the amount of; and  
    • $499 USD for each Signature, mPulse, or Amplify sauna 
    • $299 USD for each Solo System 
  4. all shipping costs back to Sunlighten (and back to Buyer if an exchange)

Sunlighten reserves the right to refuse a cancellation, exchange or return of a sauna. If cancellation, exchange, or return of a sauna is approved, any refund is subject to: 

  1. Sunlighten receives sauna; 
  2. Sunlighten has inspected the sauna; and 
  3. Sunlighten has found the sauna to be free of damage. 

All returned saunas must in their original, unopened packaging. Sunlighten may refuse to refund all or any portion of any deposit or payment or cancel any payment due and owing if the Buyer fails to fully comply with or violates the terms and conditions of this policy.

Custom Saunas

Custom sauna orders cannot be canceled or returned to Sunlighten. Neither a deposit nor any payments for a custom sauna will be refunded. Buyer is fully liable for full payment of their custom sauna.

Accessories

Buyer may cancel and return their accessories to Sunlighten subject to the terms and conditions of this policy. Buyer needs to provide written notice to Sunlighten via email within thirty (30) days of receipt of their accessory. Send the email to shipping@sunlighten.com. Please include your sales order # and reason for return or cancellation within the body of the email. All such Costs and Fees as determined by Sunlighten.

For any canceled or returned, unused accessories within thirty (30) days of receipt shall be subject to:

  1. 3% administration fee*; 
  2. storage fees and costs associated with re-routing the accessories; 
  3. a handling and restocking fee in the amount of; and  
    • $25 USD for lumiNIR and lumiNIR 4-in-1
    • $499 USD for Solo Rise ($499 if in combination with Solo System)
    • $299 USD for each Solo Dome
    • $99 USD for each SoloPad
  4. all shipping costs back to Sunlighten
