Author Biography

Kate Korom is a Senior Infrared Consultant at Sunlighten. For eight years, she has advised residential and commercial clients on how infrared sauna works, the outcomes they hope to support, and how to choose the right sauna for their needs. Kate’s background in Public Health informs the educational framework she brings to this work: helping people build understanding of the technology and make informed choices for their homes and businesses.

With specialized training in infrared sauna technology and its potential health benefits, she combines that foundation with years of hands-on experience. She has an Amplify sauna beautifully built into the wall of her home gym, and uses it alongside her Sunlighten RED Light Therapy panel regularly.
