Delivering Your Sunlighten Sauna
Congratulations on the purchase of your Sunlighten sauna! You will soon experience overall healthier living with the best infrared therapy available.
Estimated Ship Times
Your sauna consultant will give you an estimated ship time based on the model you purchased. Shipping times vary based on the following factors:
- If your sauna and wood choice is in stock or out of stock
- Custom ordered
- Your proximity to a major metro area
- Shipping may take longer than originally estimated due to delays from current impacts of the pandemic from the shipping carriers
- Wooden saunas are shipped via CEVA and eShipping. Once your sauna ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- Solo saunas and sauna accessories are shipped via FedEx.
You will receive an email from FedEx with tracking information once your order ships. Please be sure to check your junk mail for this message as it will not come from Sunlighten. A signature is NOT required upon delivery and the driver can use his/her discretion in determining whether or not to leave your package due to weather or safety.

You will want to bask in the benefits of infrared therapy as soon as your sauna arrives. Prepare now so you are ready for delivery.
- Review invoice for accuracy
- For wooden saunas, review sauna specifications sheet and
- Check dimensions of the largest sauna panel to be sure it will fit through the pathway to its final location.
- Install a dedicated circuit with appropriate power specifications. This is required for your sauna to function properly.
- Watch our sauna assembly overview and visit our online customer care center to view owner’s manual, assembly instructions, and other helpful information.
- If your sauna is going outdoors, you must purchase a Sunlighten custom sauna cover to keep your warranty intact.
Prepare for a large delivery. When your sauna arrives in your area, the local delivery company will contact you to schedule delivery. Our saunas are carefully packaged across 2-3 large, mattress-size boxes – see example, each weighing 130 lbs or more. Be prepared with at least 2 people (or more for larger units) to unpack all the panels and assemble in its final location.
Procedure for shipping damage:
- Take possession of the cartons even if there is damage
- Note it on the bill of lading and contact Sunlighten within 2 days (any shipping damage reported beyond 2 days cannot be reimbursed by Sunlighten OR the shipping company)
- Sunlighten will send new parts immediately
If any issues arise during delivery, contact Sunlighten Logistics team immediately 877-292-0020, option 3, while the delivery company is still present.
Payment Processing & Order Fulfillment
- In Stock Purchase with Credit Card: It will take approximately 2 business days after your credit card has been processed to ship your sauna.
- In Stock Purchased with Check or ACH: It will take approximately 7 business days after your check has been received to clear funds and ship your sauna.
- Out of Stock Purchase: One your order is in stock, your card will be charged for the balance of your order and your sauna will ship.
