PulseIQ™ is Sunlighten’s patented infrared intelligence platform. It delivers four distinct wavelengths independently: red light, near-infrared, mid-infrared, and far-infrared. Each is controlled and delivered separately, not blended, so your body receives the right type of infrared energy at the right depth and intensity. This leads to greater absorption which fuels faster recovery, deeper relaxation, better sleep, weight loss and more noticeable wellness results.
Most infrared saunas deliver blended full spectrum or heat. mPulse®, powered by PulseIQ™, separates and controls red, near-, mid-, and far-infrared wavelengths so your body receives more precise, targeted energy. The result is more usable infrared your body can absorb and more effective wellness results.
PulseIQ™ controls the intensity and depth of each wavelength to deliver targeted infrared energy based on your wellness goal. Built-in, science-backed programs guide each session, so your sauna adapts to what your body needs that day. Choose from Detox, Weight Loss, Heart Health, Relaxation, Muscle Recovery, or Anti-Aging.
Each wavelength does something different in your body:
Most full spectrum saunas blend these wavelengths together into one output. That creates heat, but it limits control.
PulseIQ™ delivers each wavelength separately at the right intensity and depth. Your body receives more precise, usable infrared energy so you get more benefits and feel better, faster.
Infrared therapy supports whole-body wellness by gently increasing your core body temperature by up to 3 degrees, which promotes a deep, detoxifying sweat at the cellular level.
Sunlighten infrared saunas support:
Red light therapy complements these benefits by energizing cells at the mitochondrial level to help repair tissue, reduce inflammation, improve skin clarity, enhance sleep quality, and support immune resilience. Together, these therapies work synergistically to optimize overall health and vitality.
Yes. The mPulse Intelligent Sauna collection includes full-spectrum infrared (near, mid, and far) along with integrated red light therapy to help support full-body wellness and skin health in one seamless session.
Sunlighten saunas are designed for simple DIY assembly and typically take 1–2 hours to install with two people. While professional installation isn’t required, our team can help you find a local service provider if you prefer additional support.
Our saunas are engineered for indoor use. If you plan to place your sauna outdoors—with or without a roof—a custom sauna cover is required to maintain your warranty coverage.
Keep in mind that ambient temperatures can affect preheat time. In colder climates, your sauna may take longer to reach optimal heat levels. For best results, consult our placement guidelines or speak with a Sauna Consultant.
Most people enjoy sessions lasting 30–45 minutes, three to four times per week. Saunas are safe to use daily and can be tailored to your comfort levels and wellness goals.
Hydration tip: Drink at least 8 oz of water before your session, and follow up with 24 oz or more of water or an electrolyte-rich beverage afterward to replenish fluids.
Always listen to your body and adjust session frequency and temperature as needed.
EMFs (electromagnetic fields) are invisible waves of energy associated with electricity and wireless technologies. Prolonged exposure to high EMF levels may contribute to oxidative stress, fatigue, and other health concerns.
Sunlighten saunas are third-party tested by Vitatech Electromagnetics and shown to emit ultra-low EMFs—giving you peace of mind during every session. Learn more about our safety testing and standards here.
